I know of at least two pastors who tried to reach out to Sean because of similar concerns as what I aired in this article, and they were basically rebuffed. So yeah, it's possible that he was rejected by some Christian leaders for being too conservative or whatever, but he had opportunities to connect handed to him, and he basically refused... that's not anyone else's fault but his.
